The call letters indicating time and venue of examination centre for the written examination to the eligible candidates for the above mentioned category have already been sent at the address given in the Application Form. The rejection advise is also being sent to ineligible candidates. Railway Recruitment Board will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery. Those eligible candidates who do not get call letters or who have been issued call letter with wrong names, community, category no., photograph and free travel authority (SC/ST) may contact the office of Railway Recruitment Board personally at the above address as per schedule given above from 10.00 to 17.00 hrs. for getting correct/duplicate call letters. No duplicate call letters will be issued on the date of written examination. Candidates should bring along with them adequate proof of having submitted application i.e., copy of DD/IPO and two passport size photographs, age proof and caste certificate. It should be noted that duplicate call letters will be issued only to those candidates whose names exist in Master list of eligible candidates.
