On the basis of PET conducted from 08-10-2012 to 19-10-2012 and on 30-10-2012 for the above recruitment, candidates bearing the following Roll Numbers/Control Numbers are being called for verification of their original
documents, i.e. original certificates in support of their educational qualification, proof of age, community (SC/ST/OBC) etc, tallying the same with details and documents submitted in their original application, and checking their admit card, photograph, signature and handwriting etc.

The candidates are directed to report for the said verification from 15.11.2012 onwards as per schedule given, to Railway Recruitment Cell, DRM’s Office Compound, Hubballi – 580 020.

The candidates are required to bring the following original documents (along with one
attested copy of each) for verification for the purpose of establishing age, date of birth,
educational qualification, and community status.

(1) Educational Qualifications:
(a) 10th class pass certificate, marksheets, or
(b) Matriculation certificate and
(c) Any higher qualification certificate

(2) Date of Birth:
(a) School Leaving Certificate, or
(b) Matriculation certifiate or
(c) Any other relevant certificate.

(3) SC/ST/OBC certificate:
(a) SC/ST certifiate in prescribed proforma as printed in Employment Notification
No.02/2010 signed by the appropriate competent authority.
(b) OBC certifiate including certification of non-creamy layer as per proforma printed
in Employment Notification No.02/2010 signed by the appropriate competent
authority (issued in the current year).

(4) Other documents to be brought:
(a) Original call letter of written examination & PET
(b) Attested copies of all relevant certificates(one each), and
(c) Three passport size photographs.

Note: In order to take care of the shortfall (if any) in the formation of the final panel,
corresponding to the number of vacancies notified, the number of candidates being called
for document verification is 20% more than the actual number of vacancies communitywise
(wherever such number of candidates are available) and, therefore, it is made
clear that merely being called for document verifciation does not in any way entitle
or confer on a candidate the right to an appointment in the Railways.

The candidates are being individually intimated by post. Railway Recruitment Cell/Hubli
will not be responsible for any postal delay, wrong delivery or loss in transit, if any.
In case any candidate does not receive the call letter for document verification, he/she
can still attend the office as per given schedule along with the original documents asked
for.

Any candidate coming for verification without all required and relevant documents will not
be entertained.
While every care has been taken in preparing the list, the Railway Recruitment Cell/Hubli
reserves the right to rectify errors and commissions if any, if detected during the course of
document verification or thereafter.

The candidates whose documents and certificates are found to be in order will be directed
for medical examination shortly thereafter.
Please beware of unscrupulous elements who may misguide the candidates with false
promises of getting them selected for the job, on illegal consideration. The recruitment
process in the RRC exams is fully computerised and the selection is based purely on the
merit of the candidates.
