Age limit: Candidate should have 18-25 years as on 01-01-2013. (No relaxation in lower or upper age limit for any category of candidates)
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess 10th class pass or above for those candidates applying for the posts with Grade Pay Rs.1900/- & Graduation from any recognized University for those candidates applying for the post with Grade Pay of Rs.2800/-, with relevant sports qualification for Group-C post and SSC or 8th passed (for outstanding sportspersons) in Grade Pay Rs.1800/- & 8th passed will be appointed in (-) 1S Pay Band of PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 along with Grade Pay of Rs.1800/- only on acquiring the minimum, with relevant sports qualification for Group-D post.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs.40/- for post in Grade Pay Rs.1800/- or Rs.1900/- and Rs.60/- for those in Grade Pay Rs.2400/2800/-. Fee should be paid in the form of crossed Bank Draft/Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer, South Central Railway payable at Secunderabad for the posts of Headquarters and Senior Divisional Finance Managers of respective divisions for the divisional posts. (SC/ST communities, Women, Minority and Economically Backward Classes (Family income is less than Rs.50, 000/- per annum) are exempted from the payment of fees).
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate, trials/ interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply on a good quality A-4 size paper using one side only, application should be filled by the candidate in his/her own handwriting in either English or in Hindi, affix passport size photograph on it and attach two recent passport size colour photographs, two self addressed unstamped envelopes, along with attested copies of relevant certificates, Indian Postal Order/ Demand Draft with super scribing on the envelope a) Recruitment against Sports quota for the year 2012-13 on South Central Railway. & b) Game: — (Name of the sports discipline) must be reach by ordinary post to the mentioned addresses in the notification on or before 22-12-2012.
