Railway Recruitment Board, Bhubaneswar conducted Aptitude Test for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot against Category No.1 of Centralized Employment Notice No.01/2011 from 08.10.2012 to 13.10.2012. Based on performance of candidates in the Written Examination held on 15.07.2012 above mentioned Aptitude Test, following 575 candidates are provisionally shortlisted for verification oftheir original documents/certificates.
Accordingly, all these candidates are advised to report to this office as per the schedule indicated below with all their original documents/certificates i.e.
(i)Matriculation certificate as proof of age
(ii)ActApprentice/lTl pass certificate in the relevant trade issued by National Council of Vocational Training or State Council of Vocational Training
(iii)SC/ST/OBC certificate in prescribed proforma if applicable
(iv)Certificate of having any higher qualification
(v)No objection certificate from the present employer, if the candidate is already serving in Central/State Govt. sector or Public Sector Undertaking
(vi)Lower portion of call-letter of the written examination Aptitude Test
(vii)Original call-letter send to the candidate for document verification
(viii)Any other relevant certificates or testimonials available with the candidate
(ix)One set of clear legible Photostat copies each of all the above mentioned original documents/certificates duly attested by a Gazetted Officer clearly indicating the name, designation official stamp of the signatory Gazetted Officer and
(x)Two recent colour passport size photographs (not to be attested).
Call letters are being sent to all these candidates individually by speed post for appearing in verification of their original documents/certificates in this office. However, ifany ofthem do not receive the call letterdue to any reason, he/she should reportto this office as per schedule indicated below. The Roll Numbers are of 14 digits, out ofwhich first 7 digits 1611101 are common for all candidates. Hence, only last 7 digits of Roll Numbers are being indicated below. The Roll Numbers are arranged in ascending order horizontally in a box for a particular date time of document verification at the office of RRB, Bhubaneswar.
