DOCUMENT VERIFICATION OF THE EX-SERVICEMEN EMPLOYMENT RRC

• The ex-servicemen, who are provisionally eligible, are being called for Document verification.

• The ex-servicemen are therefore directed to report for the above said Document Verification with Original Documents.

• Copies of which they have enclosed with their application and 02 colored photographs.

• The candidates belonging to SC/ST and OBC are required to produce original caste certificate in prescribed format.

• Any candidate coming for the verification without complete documents will not be entertained. 

• The candidates may have to stay for minimum 3-4 days and travel to for their medical examination at different places.

• While every care has been taken in preparing the Eligibility List, the Railway Recruitment Cell reserves the right to rectify error of omission and commission if any. It is made clear that merely calling for document verification does not in any way entitle the candidate to an appointment in Railways. 

• The Ex-servicemen are advised to check their date of Document Verification on the RRC Website . The call letters are also issued to the provisionally eligible ex-serviceman. If provisionally eligible ex-serviceman has not received call letter for Document Verification, he is advised not to wait for the call letter and attend the office on his assigned date of Document Verification.
