Procedure for to get duplicate call letter/admit card

            Date of issue of duplicate call letters -  
              2 DAY BEFORE EXAM DATE
No duplicate call letters will be issued on the date of written examination.
                           TIME - 10.00 to 17.00 hrs. for getting correct/duplicate call letters

*RRB/RRC send call letters indicating time and venue of examination centre for the written examination to  the eligible candidates.

*  The rejection advise is also being sent to ineligible candidates. 

*RRB/RRC will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery.


* Those eligible candidates who do not get call letters or who have been issued call letter with wrong names, community, category no., photograph and free travel authority (SC/ST) may contact the office of Railway Recruitment Board OR Railway Recruitment cell which you apply .

Duplicate call letters will be issued only to those candidates whose names exist in Master list of eligible candidates

Document recquired for to get duplicate call letter

 Candidates should bring along with them adequate proof of having submitted application i.e-
  • Copy of DD/IPO 
  • Two passport size photographs
  • Age proof 
  • Caste certificate.

      in that case take the hallticket and the proofs of payment, date of birth, caste certificate and qualification certificate to your railway recruitment board before 2 days of examination

    mai kis site pe duplicate admitcard download krun pata nhi chal rha hai mera exam date 01-09-2013 ko hai lekin av tk admitcard nhi aaya hai so ples help me for download duplicate admitcard RRB RANCHI KE LIYE
