The Written Examination for the under mention posts will be held 16.12.2012 as per
programme given below:-

The call letters indicating time and venue of examination center for the written examination
to the eligible candidates for the above mentioned categories have been sent at the addresses given
in the Application Form. The rejection advise is also being sent to ineligible candidates. Railway
Recruitment Boards  will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery.
Those eligible candidates who do not get call letters or who have been issued call letter
with any wrong entry pertaining to name, community, category no, photograph and free travel
authority (for SC/ST only) may contact personally as per schedule given above from 10.00 to
17.00 hrs for getting correct/ duplicate Call Letters. Candidates should bring along with them
adequate proof of having submitted application i. e. copy of DD/IPO and two passport size
photographs, age proof and caste certificate.
Status of the application can be seen on the RRB/a’s offical website one week before the
scheduled date of examination. It should be noted that duplicate call letters will be issued only to
those candidates whose names exist in Master list of eligible candidates.
