alphabet ranges against these two date of examinations are mentioned in the above table.  Candidates may note that preliminary examination for all the posts of all participating RRBs will be  conducted on
 02/12/2012 -     A - M
 09/12/2012 -     N - Z

The written examination for the under mentioned posts will be held on 02.12.2012 and 08.12.12  as per
programme given below:

The call letters indicating time and venue of examination centre for the written examination
to the eligible candidates for the above mentioned categories are being sent at the address given
in the Application Form. The rejection advice is also sent to ineligible candidates. Railway
Recruitment Board will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery. Those eligible
candidates who do not get call letters or who have been issued call letter with wrong names,
community, category no., photograph and free travel authority (SC/ST) may contact personally
the office of Railway Recruitment Board, as per schedule given above from 10.00 to
17:00 Hrs for getting correct/duplicate call letters. Candidates should bring along with them
adequate proof of having submitted application alongwith two colour passport size photographs,
age proof and caste certificate.
Status of the application along with other details can be seen on the website of Railway
Recruitment Board. It should be noted that duplicate call letters will be issued only to
those candidates whose names exist in Master list of eligible candidates.

Warning

Beware of fake websites put up by unscrupulous elements/touts
Candidates are advised to visit only the website of RRBs as mentioned in column
No. 2 of Para 15 of CEN 03/2012.
Beware of the unscrupulous persons who may misguide the candidates with false
promises of getting them selected for the job on illegal consideration. The
recruitment process of RRB examinations is computerized and the selection is
based purely on the merits of candidates.
