On the basis of written examination held and performance of Physical Efficiency Test against
Employment Notice which candidates are provisionally been found eligible for verification/checking of original documents/certificates. You may report with Following documents -
1. Following documents/certificates will be verified in original :-
i. Matriculation certificate for educational qualification and verification of Date of Birth. This certificate must be issued by Recognised/Approved Govt. Institute.
ii. SC/ST/OBC Certificate, as per applicable in prescribed format and issued by appropriate authority.
iii. In case of OBC, Caste certificate should be current (not more than one year old ) and should have clause of Non- creamy layer.,
iv. Candidate must bring four passport size colour photographs identical to the one pasted on application form.
v. NOC from your present employer if you are presently working in any Govt/Non Govt office.
vi. Please bring Photostat copies of your supporting documents/certificates. vii. Lower half portion of Original Admit Card and PET may also be brought.
2. Document Verification will be followed by Medical Examination (following day) only of those Candidates as further found suitable by the Screening Committee.
3. Calling of candidates for document verification does not automatically confer any right upon candidate for his Medical Examination or appointment on any post of Railway.
4. If it is subsequently found that any candidate has appeared through proxy, strict action as per law will be taken.
5. Candidates shall make their own arrangement of stay. No TA/DA is admissible for the same.
6. Railway shall not be responsible for any loss/damage caused to candidates during the process of Medical examination.
Note: All necessary care has been taken while preparing the list for eligible candidates for document verification but inadvertent human errors cannot be overruled. RRC/Northern Railway reserves the right to correct such mistakes whenever it is noticed. All standard forms can also be downloaded from Official website's only

sir my school name is mother's intel academy but in the applicant form i have filled mother international school so what all problems i will face during documents verification plz explain about this.
