INSTRUCTIONS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION RRB/RRC


 1. The candidate should reach the Centre of examination well in time. Reporting time and examination time are indicated in the call letter.

2. The candidate will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without producing this call letter in original.


3. Candidates will be permitted to enter the examination hall at 10.30 hrs. i.e. before the commencement of the examination for completion of formalities like (i) checking of call letters by invigilators. (ii) filling in particulars on the Answer Sheets Question booklets. (iii) reading of instructions printed on the Question booklets Answer Sheets and (v0 Opening of green seal of question booklet. copying a few lines of text to be specified by RRB/RRC either in Engligh or Hindi. on the question booklet in running hand. Candidates must not open the red seal of the Question booklet before the commencement of the examination. ie. before 11.00 hrs. No candidate will be permitted to enter the exam centre after 11.15 hrs.

4. He/she will not be permitted to leave the examination hall without submitting upper portion of this call letter, Question booklet and Answer Sheet in duplicate. Helshe will not be permitted to leave the examination hall before the examination is over. The C0- ordinating Supervisor llnvigilator will give pennission after checking and counting the Answer Sheets Question booklets which may take around 15 minutes after the examination is over.

5. Use of books. note books. calculator and mobile phone is not permitted. Don't carry mobile phone/pager or any other material! electronic goods. Only original call letter and bluelblack ball point pen is permitted. The envelope of the call letter and the instruction sheet sent to you should not be taken inside the examination hall.

6. indulging in any malpracticeslunfair means in the examination hall will disqualify the candidate and he will be debarred from all future RRB/RRC examinations and appointment in Railways.

7. If the candidates has received more than one call letter, for a category, he/she should appear only at one center and submit the other call letter/s to the invigilator.

8. Change of date I center of the examination will not be permitted under any circumstances.

9. Decision of  RRB/RRC in all matters will be final.

10. SC. ST candidates are entitled to free Rail travel on production of their call letter. However Railway passes will not be issued on duplicatelcorrected call letters issued by hand from  RRB/RRC office.

11. The answer(s) of a candidate will not be evaluated and he/she will be disqualified in case of wrong entry coding of Roll No. and Question cum Answer Booklet No. at box no. 6 8. 7 respectively of OMR answar sheet.

12. Candidate must sign on the call letter at the appropriate space in the examination hall in presence of the invigilator only. Hislher signature should be in same language exactly as in application form.

13. Candidates arranging impersonatorts) shall be debarred for life from all future RRB/RRC examinations as well as appointment in Railways. Such candidates are also liable for prosecution under law.

14. Candidate has to affix hislher left thumb impression carefully on the space provided in the attendance sheet.

15. If you lose your original call letter or in case of any discrepancy in the call letter regarding name. photograph or community. the candidate is requested to come to the office of  RRB/RRC TWO day before the examination between 10.00 hrs. to 15.00 hrs. for issue of duclicatelcorrected call letter. if necessary.
