INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES CALLED FOR DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

I. The candidate must bring the original call letter for document verification along with the lower portion of call letters of written examination.

II. The candidate must bring three latest color photographs.

III. The candidates are advised to bring the following certificates (As applicable) in original along with one set of photocopies (attested).


(1) Educational Qualifications:
(a) 10th class pass certificate, marksheets, School Leaving Certificate
(b) Matriculation certificates for the candidates who have applied in
respone to the Cat No.1 to 6 and Degree certificate for the
candidates who have applied in respone to the category of Cat No.7.
(c) Certificate regarding typing proficiency for Cat No. 4 & 5
(d) Certificate regarding Shorthand for Cat No. 6
(e) Any higher qualification certificate
(f) Any other relevant certificate

(2) Date of Birth:
(a) School Leaving Certificate (for those below X class passed)
(b) Matriculation certifiate (for those

(3) SC/ST/OBC certificate:

(a) SC/ST/OBC certifiate in prescribed proforma

(b) OBC certificate (not older than 06 months) in proforma meant for
Central Govt employment, including certificate of non-creamy
layer, as given in Employment Notice No.01/2012 (SWR/PWDSRD).

(4) Discharge certificate (appliable only for Ex-Servicemen only)

(5) No objection certificate (appliable for serving employees in any Govt.
Deptt. or PSU including Railways)

IV.  Railway, reserves the right to cancel the candidatue
of the candidates who cannot submit the original certificates as called

V. If the candidates do not satisfy any conditions of the eligiility, the
 Railway, reserves the right to disqualify them at any
stage of selection.

VI. SC&ST candidates are eligible for free railway travel authority for to
and fro journey. All other candidates are expected to bear their own
travelling expenses.

VII. Candidates are advised to plan for one/two more day(s) stay, if
required.

VIII. Candidates who adopt unfair means in the recruitment are liable to be
disqualified and  Railway reserves the right to take
action against such candidates.

IX. The request for change in the date of Document Verification will
generally be not considered.

The candidates not producing required original certificates will
not be considered.

Please note that this is not an offer/order of appointment but only an
advice for document verification.
You are advised to come prepared to stay for two days, if need be, at
your own cost and no TA/DA is admissible on this account.
